Using audio coding, AOK's relevant brand values are methodically and data-based uniquely translated into audible codes. The multifaceted brand rhythm thus conveys the optimistic and sustainable orientation of AOK's product portfolio, while a warm, soft brand harmony underlines the brand's healthy claim.
Tone of Voice
The AOK Audible Experience is complemented by created voice codes. The female voice encodes the relevant brand values such as reliability and trust through empathy and closeness. The male voice, on the other hand, focuses on innovation and authenticity.
Hybrides Service Design
A.I. Content Creation offers a new possibility to customize the acoustic service design. AOK uses our "Audio it Yourself Tool" to flexibly design, for example, the infotainment area. With the VAD.io Creator, short audio files can be created quickly and easily in real time by the users themselves, without much planning, audio engineering or mixing. With over 330 voices, VAD.io Creator provides access to the best neural and classic TTS voices.
