  • Situational information - Guidance on alternative contact options, such as websites, is provided contextually and progressively.

At the beginning, brand presence can provide orientation, but as the waiting time increases, it recedes into the background.

Meanwhile, references to more efficient solutions become more important. This creates a waiting environment that protects, relieves, and guides.
