Challenge

The audio communication of Evonik had not been uniformly regulated.

The task was therefore to define clear guidelines and centrally accessible audio content in order to make the brand consistently audible in the future.

Methodology

comevis is developing a comprehensive system for auditive brand and service communication that is integrated into the Evonik brand portal. It includes a strategic set of rules, a brand sound library, defined impact profiles, and digital AI voices.

Result

Evonik now has a scalable foundation for audio brand and CX management. All elements are centrally accessible to teams and ready for immediate use. This strengthens and anchors the auditive brand and service experience in the long term.

The new auditive identity is systematically transferred to all communication and service practices. Brand-specific audio assets are integrated into the Evonik brand portal, usage logic is defined, and the two TTS brand voices are made available. This creates a flexible audio ecosystem that can be used effectively in podcasts, social media, campaigns, events, and everyday dialogue.

To enable Evonik to work independently and confidently in the audio sphere, clear guidelines, transparent selection principles, and structured audio modules support daily use.

Teams are given a reliable basis for producing consistent communication for the brand and service - regardless of tools or channels.

Evonik Guidelines

Together with partners KNSK and Panvision, comevis developed a strategic and conceptual framework for Evonik to ensure clear auditive positioning.

This includes analyzing brand impact, defining on-brand/off-brand criteria, precise voice branding with appropriate voice profiles, and specific guidelines for music, soundscapes, and digital voice applications.

 

Hybrid soundscapes, precise rhythms, and inspiring voices convey brand values such as reliability and sustainability.This ensures that Evonik sounds consistent across all touchpoints - modern, optimistic, and trustworthy.

Audio branding: efficient, fast, usable

 

The brand-specific sound library is integrated into the Evonik brand portal and thus directly anchored in the company's own ecosystem.

 

The library includes all key audio elements - from sound logos, intros, outros, and loops to sound moods for image, service, and interaction.

All elements are available for a wide range of communication purposes: from podcast productions and social media reels to campaigns, events, and corporate content.
