We are delighted to be accompanying Studiosus on its journey towards holistic audio brand management. Together, we have laid the foundations for making the brand clear and consistent not only visually, but also auditive.
​
Starting with the challenge of a missing audio identity, we developed a holistic solution for managing all auditive communication channels – for a brand that fully delivers on its promise of ‘Intensiverleben’ through audio.
Project Outline
Challenge
The main task is to establish comprehensive audio brand management for Studiosus. The aim is to manage the brand aurally and make it a consistent experience – this encompasses everything from audio branding to customer experience.
Methodology​
Comprehensive audio branding with a sound logo, brand music and a brand sound library will be implemented. In addition, the customer experience will be designed with differentiated call flows for end customers (B2C) and travel agents (B2B).
Result
With its new audio brand management, Studiosus has an audio identity that makes the brand promise of ‘Intensiverleben’ audible at all touchpoints. From travel films and social media to podcasts, events and hotlines, the brand can be experienced emotionally and leads to previously unheard-of worlds.

Implementation

Starting from a situation without audio or voice branding, a holistic solution was developed step by step: an auditive identity with audio branding elements such as a sound logo, brand music and Brand Sound Library. These are used strategically in various applications such as travel films, social media, podcasts and events. In addition, differentiated call flows for B2C and B2B ensure a consistent and optimised customer experience.
Empowerment
With its newly created Audio Brand Management, Studiosus is able to manage all audio content in a targeted manner and use it across all channels. Whether in traditional media, digital channels or in personal customer dialogue. This makes the promise of ‘Intensive Experience’ audibly tangible at every touchpoint.
Strategy
The focus was on developing an audio brand management system that conveys the brand promise of ‘Intensiverleben’ in an auditive and emotional way. To this end, an auditive identity was created that serves as a strategic basis for the consistent management of all communication channels – from campaigns and social media to customer experience.

Hearing Mark Registration
A special milestone in the collaboration is the registration of the audio trademark in 2020.

For Studiosus, this means that the sound logo developed not only creates recognition, but is also protected in the long term.



Brand Music
Studiosus' brand music was created on the basis of the Sonic Code. It translates the brand values into sound and audibly conveys the promise of "Intensiverleben" in campaigns, social media and events.

Before implementation, a podcast check was carried out: Which formats make sense, which platforms are relevant, and how does Studiosus position itself in comparison to the rest of the industry?

Event Audio
During the Studiosus Innovation Days in Munich, the importance of audio for travel was highlighted. A specially developed audio play was used for the participants – tour guides and employees – which opened up a new approach: travel impressions were conveyed not visually, but aurally.

The aim was to sensitise the workforce to the importance of auditory impressions and to show that travel can be experienced intensely not only visually but also aurally.


Acoustic Ecolodgy
Acoustic ecology transforms working environments into inspiring sound spaces. For Studiosus, office spaces were structurally optimised and given an auditory backdrop. The sounds of nature and piano music create an atmosphere that promotes calm while awakening the senses.
Based on the idea of soundscaping and ecological room acoustics, this design ensures reduced ambient noise and soothing layers of sound.
The result: employees experience an environment in which well-being and productivity reinforce each other and Studiosus becomes spatially tangible.
Service Experience
Two call flows were developed for Studiosus, differentiated for end customers (B2C) and travel agents (B2B).

Modular sound moods, a future-oriented voice concept and clearly structured dialogue guidance create a user experience that is intuitive, consistent and brand-appropriate. This means that the promise of "Intensiverleben" can be felt right from the very first call.
