We're delighted to have been collaborating with Würth since 2019, and we look forward to everything that lies ahead on the path toward consistent, auditive brand leadership. Our journey began with outstanding CX projects, expanded to include the development of Würth Radio at the POS, and progressed into the integration of digital tools for audio brand management.
Together, we’re building a foundation that enables brand-faithful auditive communication across all touchpoints - efficiently, scalably, and with an eye toward the digital future.

Implementation

To enable broad and self-directed application, a comprehensive system of audio assets, processes, and tools was developed. Users are empowered to independently create brand-compliant audio content through structured access, clear navigation logic, and an intelligent assistant that functions like a chatbot from the user’s perspective. This results in a high degree of autonomy while ensuring brand integrity.
Strategy
With the aim of establishing a holistic and future-proof strategy for audio branding and audio brand management, an audio identity was developed for Würth that can be applied consistently across all channels – both nationally and internationally. The focus is on transforming auditive brand management into a systematized, flexible audio branding approach that combines clear recognizability with creative freedom of application
Transformation
At the core is an intelligent voice and audio infrastructure that is AI-driven, scalable, strategically derived, and fully digitalized. The centerpiece is a data-based system that operates through semantic search, automated recommendations, and real-time project generation. The use of AI – both in consulting and in audio production – ensures scalable processes, rapid implementation, and maximum efficiency.

Material-inspired sounds such as jacket zippers, power drills, and hammers create clear accents and establish an authentic connection to craftsmanship. Down-to-earthness meets pragmatism and a hands-on mentality.


Brand Melody
The closed, ascending three-tone sequence represents clarity, confidence, and solution orientation. The doubling of pitch within the core melody symbolizes the sales drive of Würth, underscores its growth ambition, and makes the concept of sales doubling audibly tangible.
Brand Harmony
The contrast within the musical instrumentation conveys the flexibility of Würth to position itself as a modern, innovation-conscious brand while at the same time staying true to its history and foundations.
