Acoustic Ecology

Longing for silence!

Definition: Acoustic Ecology

Never before have our ears been flooded with so many sounds.

Thus, we live in a time when the environment, the working environment and the personal environment in all areas of life are shaped more than ever by sound in both a positive and negative sense. This is due to far-reaching technologisation, the expansion of infrastructures and the fact that there have never been so many end devices with the ability to reproduce sound.

More about sound

The daily - SOUND OVERLOAD - is constantly increasing.

As a result, every fifth European suffers at least at night from decibel levels that are harmful to health. According to surveys by the Federal Environment Agency, almost 70 percent of Germans also feel annoyed by noise. Every second German feels disturbed by road traffic noise, every third by trains, every fourth by aircraft noise and more than 40 percent by their neighbours.

From the perspective of companies, brands and products, we want to make the world a convincingly more sonorous place and consistently exploit unheard-of potential.

Our incentive is to strive for a healthy sound ecology for all people and support you in this with solutions for spaces and products - digital and physical.
